Kaifeng Dragon Pavilion Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden:
Located in the east of Henan Province, Kaifeng is one of the Seven Ancient Capitals in China and a state-level historical and cultural city which the State Council announced in the first batch, enjoying the reputation of “Capital of Seven Dynasties”. The Dragon Pavilion is on the Longting North Road in the northwest of Kaifeng City—it is a resplendent and magnificent palace on the 13-meter-high platform; you will be amazed at the kingly momentum of carved dragon along the stone steps.
Located in the northwest of Kaifeng City, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden is a large culture theme park built according to the “Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival”, in which there are restaurants, teahouses and Bian embroidery workshops. The Garden is a reproduction of life customs of people in Song Dynasty and peak prosperity of the Northern Song Dynasty

Jiaozuo Yuntai Mountain:
As a national AAAAA scenic region, Yuntai Mountain is listed in the first-batch world geological parks with its unique “northern karst landform”. It has an area of 190km2 and includes 11 sight spots, such as Redstone Gorge, Wanshan Temple and Waterfall Gorge. Yuntai Mountain is a national famous scenic region whose ranking is only behind Mount Huang and Mount Lu. In 2004, at UNESCO Global Geoparks Network Expert Review Conference held in Paris, France, Yuntai Mountain became one member of 28 world geological parks in the first batch.

Dengfeng Shaolin Temple:
Shaolin Temple Scenic Spot is located at the foot of Wuru Peak, Shaoshi Mountain, Mt. Song known as Zhongyue, 13km northwest of Dengfeng City, 95km west of Zhengzhou—capital of Henan Province, 110km east of Luoyang. Henan Shaolin Temple is the birthplace of Chinese Zen Buddhism and Shaolin martial arts, with a long standing reputation in China. Henan Shaolin Temple is one of the most famous tourist attractions. In 2000, it was rates as “AAAA” tourist area in the first batch by National Tourism Administration, the highest grade in present China. Shaolin Temple is the core scenic spot of Henan Zhongyue Mount Song tourism. Shaolin Temple’s long history originates from the 19th year of Taihe Reign during Northern Wei Dynasty (AD 495), when Yuanhong, Emperor Xiaoewen, built the temple to settle Batuo, an eminent Indian monk. As it is built in the thick forest of Shaoshi Mountain, Mt. Song, it got the name of “Shaolin Temple”.
In the third year of Xiaochang Reign during Northern Wei Dynasty (AD 527), Bodhidharma, an Indian dignitary, came to Shaolin Temple, faced the wall for nine years in a natural cave of Wuru Peak, Shaoshi Mountain and initiated the Zen Buddhism.Consequently, Songshan Shaolin Temple in China is generally recognized as the birthplace of Zen Buddhism by world buddhists.

Luoyang Longmen Grottoes White Horse Temple Guanlin Shrine:
The “Three Classical Spots” with unique advantages in China (Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple and Guanlin Shrine) enjoy a good reputation at home and abroad. Longmen Grottoes is one of China’s three largest stone carving art treasures and has been listed as a world cultural heritage by the United Nations; 180,000 statues of Buddha with different sizes represent the resplendence of ancient stone carving art. The White Horse Temple is the first officially built temple since Buddhism was introduced into China; reputed as the “Origin of Buddhism” and “Ancestral Temple of Zen Buddhism” in China, it is an embodiment of China-India cultural exchange with its spaciousness and meaningfulness. In Guanlin Shrine buries the head of Guan Yu, a famous general of Shu State during the Three Kingdoms; it is rated as No.1 among China’s three shrines for memorizing Guan Yu.

Pingdingshan Yangshao Culture Xiangshan Temple:
According to archaeological discoveries, Peiligang Culture, Yangshao Culture, and Longshan Culture relics in New Stone Age of primitive society were all found here. Xiangshan Temple built during Eastern Han Dynasty is one of the earliest Buddhist temples in China, where Thousand-arm and Thousand-eye Guan Yin came to enlightment and fruition; it is the origin of Chinese Guanyin culture. Fengxue Temple built in Northern Wei Dynasty, has already had a history of more than 1500 years, known as the “Four Famous Temples in Henan”, together with White Horse Temple, Shaolin Temple and Xiangguo Temple. Official Ru Kiln site in Qingliangsi and Ying State Tombs site are listed as important archaeological discoveries by the state; Three-Su Garden is the cemetery of Su Xun, the father, and Su Shi and Su Ze, his sons, the well-known scholars in North Song Dynasty; Yexian County Government is the only existing government institution belonging to Ming Dynasty. The annual Majie Folk Art Fair has lasted for more than 700 years, and becomes a great wonder in the history of Chinese culture. Pingdingshan is named as “Folk Art City of China”.

Anyang Yin Ruins Red Flag Canal:
As one of the eight ancient capitals and a state-level historical and cultural city, Anyang is the origin of oracle-bone script, Zhouyi (Book of Changes), and Red Flag Canal spirit. It is one of the early Chinese civilization centers, and the world cultural heritage, Yin Ruins, lies right here. Anyang deserves the reputation it enjoys, as it was the national capital three thousand years ago.
